I have engaged the services of a contractor to build my home. Do I need contractor's insurance?

When building your own home, it is important that you and/or your contractor has the proper Contractor's "All-Risks" insurance to protect you in the event of an accident. The coverage should include the people working on your property, the actual building itself, all the machinery being use and any fees associated with liabilities during construction.
